BY TRAIN: Q (local) or B (express) to Brighton Beach Avenue stop (be at the rear of the train). Upon exiting walk on Brighton Beach Avenue away from the elevated train. Entrance to Oceana is on the right (look for blue flags).
FROM MANHATTAN and BROOKLYN (west)
Brooklyn Battery Tunnel, Brooklyn Bridge, Manhattan Bridge, Williamsburg Bridge, or Queensboro Bridge:
 
-  Brooklyn-Queens Expressway West (278) to Belt Parkway East.
-  Follow bold directions below.
Midtown Tunnel:
 
-  Long Island Expressway West (495) to Brooklyn-Queens Expressway West (278).
-  Brooklyn-Queens Expressway West (278) to Belt Parkway East.
-  Belt Parkway East to Coney Island Avenue (exit 8).
-  Exit and follow service road to Coney Island Avenue.
-  Turn right and proceed toward ocean.
-  Turn left at Brighton Beach Avenue; entrance to Oceana is on the right, at middle of block (look for blue flags).
FROM QUEENS, LONG ISLAND, and BROOKLYN (east)
 
-  Belt Parkway West to Coney Island Avenue exit (exit 8).
-  Bear right to stop sign and make a right onto Voorhies Avenue.
-  Voorhies Avenue to Sheepshead Bay Road.
-  Right onto Sheepshead Bay Road to Emmons Avenue.
-  Right onto Emmons Avenue, then left onto Cass Place (before elevated train tracks).
-  Make immediate right onto Brighton 11th; proceed straight until Brighton Beach Avenue.
-  Make left on Brighton Beach Avenue, entrance to Oceana will be to your right.
FROM BROOKLYN (central)
Flatbush Avenue:
 
-  Belt Parkway West to Coney Island Avenue exit (exit 8).
-  Follow Queens, Long Island and Brooklyn (east) directions above.
Coney Island Avenue:
 
-  South on Coney Island Avenue towards Ocean.
-  Left onto Brighton Beach Avenue, entrance to Oceana is on the right.
Ocean Parkway:
 
-  South to Brighton Beach Avenue.
-  Left onto Brighton Beach Avenue, going past Coney Island Avenue.
-  Entrance to Oceana is on the right.
FROM NEW JERSEY/ STATEN ISLAND
 
-  Staten Island Expressway east to Verrazano Bridge to Belt Parkway East.
-  Follow bold directions above.
